The Role
We are seeking experienced, personable customer service orientated individual to join the team as an Assistant Manager/ Estimator.
In this role, you will be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. In this hands on role you will provide leadership and motivation to the team as well as having a significant impact on the day to day operational running of the business. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers whilst interacting with a range of people.
As the successful candidate, you will have the following:
- Proven success in previous management role
- Experience in creating and implementing processes to improve efficiencies
- Experience working in a similar position in the Automotive industry
- Experience leading a team including delating tasks and the ability to drive results
- Excellent customer service skills including building rapport with customers and work providers
- Sound knowledge of computers with the ability to learn industry specific systems and processes
- Ability to set and work to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills allowing you to clearly converse with customers and work providers
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with audanet, Ibodyshop and webtrim an advantage
